I’ve generally found the service at this Shell center to be fair, quick, and effective. They have a rather big staff who have always seemed very experienced, well-resourced, and knowledgeable. It’s right by the exit/entrance to Shirlington and has a huge parking lot (watch out for the bumps though!). Good place overall for car repairs and maintenance from my experiences

I called at the very last minute for an alignment. They worked me into the schedule and had my car finished before the promised time.

I am so pleased with the service I received at Shirlington Shell! Everyone was very helpful, especially Ray. He went out of his way to explain what was going on with my car. He was transparent and knowledgeable. My car was fixed promptly, and for a fraction of the cost that the dealership wanted to charge me. I hope nothing else goes wrong on my car, but if it does, I will definitely bring it back to Shirlington Shell!

This shop used to be reasonable but now they jack up the price. You should always get your estimate from other shops before giving them the job. I am so disappointed I used to trust them but they over charged on 2 hours costed me $1000; other shops charge $650.00 only. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Great service every time I visit.

I've gone here the past two years for my car inspection and emissions tests. It's a seamless process, the guys are very personable and easy to talk to, and they work efficiently. Recommended.

Staff was courteous and provided quick service. Even though they open officially at 8, I was able to speak with someone in person and drop off/pick up my car at 7/7:15. Full safety and emissions inspection with oil change and tire rotation completed in half a day. Very conveniently located near the shirlington bus station, too.
