I took my car in on Columbus Day to get a new battery without an appointment. The service bays looked busy so I was prepared to come back later that day but I was told it would be under an hour. I walked into Shirlington to get lunch and got a call about 30 minutes later that my car was ready. I was very pleased with the promptness of the service and the sense of professionalism from the staff in the office. I will definitely consider coming back for any future car service needs.

Excellent service

Put Father-in-Law's Buick LeSabre back in service so it could pass inspection pass emission tests and safety inspection. Car had been in Maryland where these weren't required. Completed work per schedule and cost estimate (brakes, control rod, engine mount, door mount, PC-valve). Car back on the road.

Got my car in right away when check engine light went on. They gave me a quote, fixed the car the same day, and I paid exactly what they said. No surprises. Excellent customer service. Drove me to work and picked me up.
