Your service was good as usual, however, this time I decided not to take your advice for car service repairs. I brought my 2008 Mazda 3 in for some 5K service and a safety inspection and then was given an estimate of about $2,500 in repairs that were needed. We are close to trading in this nearly 10 year old car for a new or low-mileage hybrid car, so we decide just to have the safety-related items done, which ran about $500, and pass on the other items. Thanks for bringing these items to our attention, it was a good nudge to get on with our plans to buy a new car. John

This was my first time at a service station for repair and routine maintenance. I have to say that I was completely thrilled at the Quality of service, professionalism, timeliness and mechanics. I liked the ability to communicate directly with the mechanic working on your car, the detail review of all line items of repair/cost and which ones can be pushed to a later time as well as recommendations on quality brands. When faced with an issue that could have cost me more money, the mechanic discussed the issue with another mechanic and it was resolved without taking the door panel off to run down the issue. They ensure Quality of care, making sure you are part of the process through out your car's visit. I will be back and have told my friends of my experience.

Appreciated the responsiveness and thoroughness of the work done on my car. Work was done in a timely manner and I appreciated the communication before the recommended work and thorough explanation when I picked up my car. While I was not experiencing any problem, technicians explained the need for the preventative work on the fuel injection apparatus. I have been dealing with this service station for many years and will continue.
