I've had two good experiences here. First they replaced all my brake rotors and pads, which had developed a bad pulsation and shimmy. Then they quickly replaced an alternator that killed my Jeep. I'd recommend. Haven't been pressed for unnecessary repairs, only informed of things they'd recommend in the future.

I knew customer service would be good. I go there every day for other things. I've also been there enough to see customers be as happy as they can be in their 'situation' (having to spend money on repairs/regular maintenance). That's always a good sign.

Had a really nice experience here getting an alignment/oil change done. Called ahead, told the staff what I needed, showed up at the appointment, and hung out in the nearby library while the work was done. Work showed up on the bill as quoted on the phone. Very convenient location for me and fixed my alignment issue.

Repaired has been done correctly very but slowly, windshield wipers didn't check during the inspection

Came in for a car inspection. notified me that a brake light needed to be replaced. Took care of it for a reasonable price.

I have used this shop for oil changes and basic maintenance. They do a good job and the prices are fair for Arlington. Staff are friendly and respectful. They go out of their way to help you- ex: the mechanic helped me fill my tires with air (free), most places have a do it yourself air pump you pay for. I plan to return for any further maintenance on my vehicle!

Great customer service - informed me of realistic wait times; called to update with additional information, as needed; and have follow-up with additional communications since my inspection. Received substantially better service than have had going to my dealership.

Went in for a winter-preparation package that was advertised, oil change, tire rotation, etc. They were able to take me right then and work on the car
