Quick, efficient and nice

I just needed to get inspections done but I was really happy with my service. Everyone was nice and quick. The inspection obviously took some time but I left and came back. It was a good experience and would take my car back there.

Professional and timely – I've had my oil changed and had state inspections here a number of times and the service is very professional and timely. I really like the location because when they are quite busy sometimes it will take a couple of hours which they will let me know up front. I don't mind because there are great restaurants, a few shops and the movie theater nearby so after a meal or a movie my car is ready.

I have bad luck and have had a nail in my tire twice in two months. This shop is extremely nice and accommodating. A little pricy, but I came back the second time because of the kindness and professionalism of the first visit. Thanks Fritz.

Came here to fix a tire leak and was in and out in 30 minutes. They found a metal rod and patched my tire. Excellent customer service and friendly staff.

I've been using Shirlington Service Center for 15 years. Recently I had a serious warning light. Ray Bowes said the codes indicated two parts required replacement, at either $700 or $1500 for both. Local dealership said $1200 but offered no explanation. Shirlington did it for $700 and it was fine. I've had no problems with their inspections. The comment about nearby restaurants was well taken.

I've been bringing my cars to the Shirlington Service Center ever since I moved to Fairlington 28 years ago. Their mechanics have kept my cars in great running condition over the years. The 3 cars that I've brought there were used when I bought them, and one of them had 240,000 miles on it when I finally had to get rid of it because it had too much rust on the bottom. I've never had a problem with the Service Center and will continue to bring my cars there. I highly recommend them.

I'm surprised to see the reviews on here. I've gotten my vehicle inspected here for the last 5 years and they have been nothing but professional and courteous to me. They are inexpensive and tell you exactly how long they expect the work to take. I will be sure to keep going here in the future and recommend them to anyone looking to have their vehicle inspected.
