I have used Shirlington Shell Service Center for years because they are efficient, reasonably priced, and competent. Their estimated time for completion of a job is always accurate and their customer service is excellent! I always feel that I have been treated fairly and that my business is appreciated.
This has been my "go-to" service station for the 22 years I have lived in Arlington!! I always fear that service stations are trying to "exaggerate" needed service & repairs, especially to a female client like myself. I feel confident that I can trust them to give me responsible advice and great service!
Excellent customer service! I am very happy with my recent experience at Shirlington Shell. I had a VA inspection. I will return again for regular service.
I have never been to a service station that followed up with the customers the way these guys did. They care about the customers.
I take my Honda to Shirlington Shell Service Center, and they are terrific. Polite, competent, keep you informed along the way, and they seem to price fairly. I recommend them!
I have been bringing my cars here for years; always a clear estimate of work to be done, if you take the time they will review options for major repairs with you so you make an informed decision. If you are not happy with work performed they are willing to take another look and take care of your issue.Give them a try - take time to understand exactly what you need done, ask questions because the team is always willing to take as much time as is necessary to ensure you understand the work
I have taken my 9 year old Jaguar to these folks for all my hard to diagnose and fix items. They are competent (particularly Darwin with Jags) and always shoot straight with me. Same people there all the time, not a revolving door of techs and service writers. Service is friendly and timely. No surprises. They tell me when to expect it and never disappoint. No cost surprises either. Highly recommend this service center.
On my recent visit to this Shirlington Shell gas station I decided to get a couple of drinks. One of the drinks was a 20 ounce Canada Dry Ginger ale drink and the second drink was a deer park water. The cashier was quick and scanned my items while maintaining a friendly/approachable vibe.
These guys are awesome! I live in the neighborhood and needed a jump. I can't get around due to a bad leg and recent back surgery from service connected injuries incurred on active duty. They came out in less that 8 mins and gave me a jump. They had a John Deer ATV that was here STAT. Highly recommend! Friendly and will def give them my business in future.
