These guys are awesome! I live in the neighborhood and needed a jump. I can't get around due to a bad leg and recent back surgery from service connected injuries incurred on active duty. They came out in less that 8 mins and gave me a jump. They had a John Deer ATV that was here STAT. Highly recommend! Friendly and will def give them my business in future.

Very trustworthy. Brought my car here after the dealer said we needed some expensive repairs. They took the time to diagnose and let me know that I didn't not need them after all. Not the cheapest place around, but definitely one of the most competent.

I have been taking my car to this station for over 3 years now. They never try to sell me on stuff I need to get done and they always work in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Great costumer service, it is easy to check in through an ipad, they will call, email you and text you with information about your car. I recently had major work done on my car and they were great trying to figure out what was wrong and how to get me back on the road asap. I worked with Trey and he keep me up to date by text and phone calls. He was even nice enough to clean my head light since one was dirty and one was brand new. If you are looking for a place that will really take care of your needs take your car here!

Cheap, honest and quick service! There simply isn't anything else to say about this place. I'd highly recommend them if you need a quick repair on a tire and I'll definitely be stopping by to purchase a new set of tires whenever I need them.

I have been taking my 2007 Acura to these guys for 2 years now and they do superb work. They finish quickly and have a good ethical sense.Ever since I was a kid, my father would warn me of shyster car shops. My first visit to the Shirlington Service center proved that these guys run their business right. My car was dead down the street in the parking garage at the Harris Teeter. Instead of sending the specialized tow truck that would have been needed to get my car out of the cramped space I got it into ($200 to &300), they walked down the few blocks, hooked up a jump pack on a hunch, driving my car to the shop with this rigged set up (charged me a small fee for their trouble,).These guys are straight shooters and earn my business every time I take my car to them.

Polite and knowledgeable staff – I have brought my 2002 Volvo to shirlington service center many times for a number of repairs and have had absolutely no issues with this place. Staff is knowledgeable and polite and always has work done within the estimated time. I would take my car there anytime for any type of repair.
